Return & Refund Policy

Easy returns and hassle-free refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GoGoShopper Brands Pvt. Ltd. If you are not happy for any reason, please review our policy below.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
  • The product must not fall under non-returnable categories

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs or a video of the damage/defect
  • A brief description of the issue

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Contact us at support@ind2c.com or +91 79847 58563 with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
  • If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
  • Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Refund options include:

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
  • Store credit or wallet credit

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need a different size or variant, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
