Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines, costs, and everything in between

We aim to deliver your orders from GoGoShopper Brands Pvt. Ltd. as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this policy to understand how we handle shipping.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST on a business day, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • Shipping charges for orders below ₹499 will be calculated at checkout
  • Bulk orders may qualify for special freight arrangements — contact us for a quote

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after these attempts (due to incorrect address, unavailability, etc.), it will be returned to us.

In such cases, you may request redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund (excluding shipping costs).


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ind2c.com with your order number.

We will coordinate with our courier partner and provide you with an update within 48 hours.


8. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed courier partners including but not limited to Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery across India.


9. Currently, We Ship Within India Only

At present, we ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available. We are working on expanding our reach and will update this policy accordingly.
